Customer must enter into a one year contract for kitchen exhaust/hood cleaning service based on the required inspection and cleaning frequency of the current fire code. Discount does not apply to chain accounts on national contracts or special multiple location discounts. Discount is applied to first service only. Contract is for a specific cleaning frequency at a set price. Price cannot increase during the contract term. Failure to maintain the required cleaning frequency may result in additional charges to bring the exhaust system into compliance.
